How will this Advance project help to address the need?
The AU Scholarship fund helps to provide financial assistance to those students in financial need. In addition, potential students who have financial need are identified and assured of assistance if they maintain good grades and behavior. This assurance provides them with the security they need so that they can concentrate on their studies instead of devoting much time and energy to resolving financial problems.
Describe the primary goal of the project
The primary goal is to invest in Africa’s future by helping young people receive a quality education at Africa University.
Describe the change you would like to see in the community as a result of this Advance project
We would like to see more students from low-income families graduating from Africa University, and become leaders in their communities.
