Describe the primary goal of the project
1. To give the people of Latvia an opportunity to experience a Wesley model of being a people and church of God. 2. To develop a strong lay, clergy and youth base for this re-emerging church. 3. To build up existing congregations and plant new congregations. 4. To enable the congregations to reach out with more social and diaconal ministries. 5. To continue to run the Hope Center while the need exists. 6. To actively participate in ecumenical organizations and evangelizations to reach out to the un-churched of Latvia. 6. To become self-supporting, then reach out to other emerging churches in the world.
