WAYS TO REACH ME:

Albina Paidamoyo Gunduza is an international Global Mission Fellow with the United Methodist General Board of Global Ministries, engaged in a two-year term of service.

The Global Mission Fellows program takes young adults ages 20-30 out of their home environments and places them in new contexts for mission experience and service. The program has a strong emphasis on faith and justice. Global Mission Fellows become active parts of their new local communities. They connect the church in mission across cultural and geographical boundaries. They grow in personal and social holiness and become strong young leaders working to build just communities in a peaceful world.

Albina is a member of the United Methodist Church, Mutoko Center Circuit, related to the West Zimbabwe Annual Conference. She serves an evangelist in the congregation.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in information communication technology at Chinhoyi University of Technology, Zimbabwe.

A favorite Scriptural passage for Albina is Matthew 28, where Jesus tells his followers to make disciples of all nations.

“I would love to join as a Global Mission Fellow,” she said, “to do missionary work through spreading the word of God. It is our mandate to do what the Gospel says. I am very passionate to share the gospel of Jesus Christ to everyone, reaching people of different races [by] making use of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.”

Albina is confident that she will make a positive impact as a Global Mission Fellow.

“I can see a bright future in different communities through me,” she said, “sharing experiences and empowering others to love ministry and to work for God wholeheartedly.”

Albina is determined to share a message of hope and Christ’s assurance with marginalized or remote communities, even amid difficult times.

“I am ready to serve people,” she said, “meeting them at their point of need, doing all I can to assist them. I am geared to contribute to new technology research and proactive application of acquired knowledge to solve problems emerging from the community and the world as a whole.”
