Describe the need affecting community
The United Methodist University (UMU) has an overcrowded student population challenge along with inadequate educational facility to meet the needs of students, faculty and staff. Additionally, the UMU cannot expand due to the location of the current educational facilities in the City of Monrovia.
How will this Advance project help to address the need?
The new campus will have all of the educational facilities needed for the delivery of quality education to our students.
Describe the primary goal of the project
The primary goal of this project is to build a new state of the art campus for students to have improve and conducive learning environments and opportunities.
Describe the change you would like to see in the community as a result of this Advance project
Better prepared students/graduates that can compete globally, and can contribute to the socio-economic development of Liberia and the sub-region.
