Establishing an orphanage in the Goma area
Describe the need affecting community
Orphans need food, clothing, care and doing studies like the others. They need to have a good home with all equipment, and their premises after the construction of the orphanage.
How will this Advance project help to address the need?
Once funded to support local efforts.
Describe the primary goal of the project
The first goal will be to secure a place and build the orphanage facilities as well as to staff and equip the orphanage. The ongoing goal would be to provide continued support, as there are no means of securing funding, or support from within this area to care for these children.
Describe the change you would like to see in the community as a result of this Advance project
Accessibility to receive other orphans who missed the place to be taken care by the program, because we don’t have more places to keep them.
