Describe the need affecting community
This area of Congo has been devastated by the ravages of war and needs to be rebuilt. Many buildings need repairs or reconstruction. Skilled labor is needed to accomplish these important tasks.
How will this Advance project help to address the need?
Training and equipping skill workers will make it possible for reconstruction to occur in surrounding the villages.
Describe the primary goal of the project
Provide competent and well trained graduates to employ their skills in the Central Congo. Each student upon graduation receives the tools needed for their trade so they can begin to work in their communities as soon as possible.
Describe the change you would like to see in the community as a result of this Advance project
The community is enhanced by the reconstruction of the building use for school, church, medical centers, and homes. Employment opportunities become available with this and other construction for Trade School students and other community workers.
