By offering post graduate programs of studies we hope to enable young Christian well educated women to be in leadership positions, and also fulfill the need for Christian faculty in the college. 2. Through educated motherhood we will hope in the time to come, give meaning and leadership to the next generation. 3. The college environment will sensitize them to be sensitive to the needs of the less privileged and the marginalized. 4. The masters program in nutrition and food science, enables the women to be able to reach out to the community, and teach other women about health and nutrition. A. Young women students who wish to develop their career in these streams can offer completing their study program, enter the new emerging careers in the market. C. Up gradation of existing laboratories will help in improve quality. D. Initiate programs leading to career oriented studies with job opportunities.

With scientific and Technological evolution in India, the need for staying relevant requires up gradation and modernization of equipment, training and development in the selected Areas. e. Professional Studies Program aims at educational empowerment leading to financial empowerment via generation of career opportunities. f. With the state striving to be center of technologies related activities, it will provide employment to women in the sector.
