Providing childcare and education services for families in need.
Describe the need affecting community
In the City of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, which today has a population of 1,777,213+. There is population growth of approximately 4 percent each year and a high number of children who live on the streets. These children dedicate themselves to washing cars and cleaning windshields as work; others belong to gangs with grave problems of delinquency, drugs, and infantile prostitution. The need for these basic services, and schools to educate these children is how this program was initiated.
How will this Advance project help to address the need?
By providing education to the children, we keep them away from delinquency, drugs, and others, and this will also give them a chance to have a better future.
