Roland Fernandes has signed this Church World Service statement, on behalf of Global Ministries, GBHEM and UMCOR, on the U.S. Administration’s decision to allow only 7,000 refugees into the U.S. in 2026, prioritizing South African Afrikaners for nearly all the slots.
