Global Ministries works with individuals, churches and other partners to launch projects and initiatives that encourage faithful stewardship of the Earth.
As a Global Ministries EarthKeeper, you can become equipped to lead a creation care project in your community.
The general agencies of The United Methodist Church, including Global Ministries, have committed to achieving just and equitable net-zero emissions by 2050.
Global Ministries explores strategies to establish and increase renewable energy in every part of our work. So far, we have installed solar arrays at hospitals, a migration center on the U.S.-Mexico border and a theological school, and have provided women’s enterprises, refugee communities and hurricane survivors with renewable energy equipment.

Residents of all three towns can come to get water, and volunteers will also continue deliveries for those who need it. Meanwhile, residents, including church members, continue to advocate state and local officials for a permanent solution to their aging, compromised water infrastructure. Full Story
