Eastern Wisconsin was hit by a destructive tornado in late-July, bringing heavy winds, rain, and baseball-sized hail. It caused widespread damage to homes, businesses, and infrastructure in Appleton, Menasha, and the surrounding communities.
In response, UMCOR awarded a solidarity grant to the Wisconsin Annual Conference, which will amplify their relief efforts for this disaster and severe flooding that impacted Wisconsin in late June.
